Home Base: Privacy
Last updated 26 October 2026
Draft, under legal review. This is a plain-language starting point written to match what the product actually does. It is not legal advice, it has not been checked by a professional, and nothing can be bought yet.
Who we are
Aspire Agency Marketing, a sole trader registered in the Netherlands: KvK 87440695, Malakkastraat 2, 2585 SN The Hague. Email: elena.novikova@aspireagencymarketing.com. We decide what happens to the personal data described here.
The short version
Home Base runs on your own accounts. Your mail, calendar, money, health records and files stay there. We never see them, and there is no technical route by which we could.
What we collect, why, and on what basis
Waitlist (your consent): your first name, your email address, your optional answer about what you would mainly use Home Base for, how you found us (for example a LinkedIn post), and the date and wording of your consent. We use it to tell you when Home Base opens and to send launch updates, at most one email every couple of weeks. You confirm your sign-up by clicking the link in our first email.
Buyers (to carry out your purchase): your name, email address and licence key, so we can deliver Home Base, send updates and answer support questions. Payment details go to Stripe and never reach us.
Bookings (to give you the call you booked): your name, email address and your answer to the booking question. During a setup call we see your screen; we do not record the call or keep copies.
Updates (to deliver what you bought): when your copy checks for an update, it sends your licence key and the version number you have, nothing else. Our server sees the request’s internet address, as every website does, and does not keep it.
Records the law requires (legal obligation): invoices and payment records, kept for the period Dutch tax law requires.
Who processes it for us
Mailchimp (Intuit): waitlist emails. Stripe: payments and receipts. Google: booking pages and the calendar for calls. Netlify: our website, the update server and the database that holds buyer details. Some of them store data in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU’s standard contractual clauses.
What we never collect
Anything inside your installation. Not your mail, calendar, bank data, health log, documents or files; not what you ask the assistant; not what it drafts or does; not any usage data from your own copy. Your installation talks to Google and Anthropic directly, using your credentials, with no Aspire service in between.
How long we keep it
Waitlist entries: until you unsubscribe, and at the latest twelve months after Home Base opens, unless you become a buyer. Buyer details: for as long as your updates and support run, then only what the law requires us to keep. Invoices and payment records: seven years, as Dutch tax law requires (art. 52 of the Algemene wet inzake rijksbelastingen).
Your rights
You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email; we then stop emailing you straight away. You can ask us to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of what we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing elena.novikova@aspireagencymarketing.com. We answer within a month and delete everything except the records the law requires us to keep. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
No tracking
The Home Base pages set no tracking cookies, carry no advertising pixels and load no third-party scripts. Sign-ups go to Mailchimp through our own server, and nothing records your browsing.
